Thank you for visiting my Spider Lake Real Estate page.   As a resident of this lake since 1990 and broker/Owner of Traverse North Realty, I have been very involved in working with buyers and sellers of Spider Lake.

As a locally owned small business, we manage our company very well, allowing us to offer reduced commission rates for Spider Lake residents.  We charge 4.5%, with our company getting 2% and the buyers agent getting 2.5%.  If we have both sides of the transaction, we then offer a 4% commission rate.  Plus, for higher end listings, we cap our fee at $15,000.
