Loons Landing is a 2 bedroom cottage located on Spider Lake.  The cottage features over 250 feet of firm frontage and is surrounded by water.  Spider Lake is located 10 miles from Downtown Traverse City and close to numerous other attractions and events.

Bedroom One:  Queen Bed                                                Bedroom Two:  Full and Twin Bed

Bedroom Three:  Walkout Lower Level with sleeper sofa and air bed

Kitchen:  All new appliances, including dishwasher          Living Room:  Overlooking the lake

Dining Room/Sunroom:  Nothing but windows overlooking the woods and lake.

Rates:  $285 per night in the summer, off season rates start at $175 per night.
